- Co-founder of the practice Dres. Arza / Beks in the Atos Clinic Heidelberg
- Co-founder of the practice Dres. Arza, Beks, Huber and Ridder (later Sportopaedie Heidelberg) at the St. Elisabeth Hospital
- 1991 – 2021: Worked as team physician for MERC (now Adler Mannheim), VfR Mannheim, Waldhof Mannheim, Rhein Neckar Löwen, SV Sandhausen, 1899 Hoffenheim (here also head of the medical department in the First Bundesliga), among others
